Mrs. Abimbola Akeredolu, SAN is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and Partner in charge of the Disputes Resolution Practice Group at Banwo & Ighodalo. She is the first female to be appointed Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Ogun State. She attended University of Lagos and obtained her Bachelor of Laws in 1990; she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 and was conferred with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2015.

She is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (Nigeria Branch). She was also the Secretary, Organization of the Harmonization of African laws; she is a member of the International Trademarks Association and a member of the International Bar Association. She is fluent in French and also speaks Italian and German.
