The Induction program is intended to sensitise newly elevated members of the Inner Bar on the need to maintain excellence in practice and conduct themselves in a manner that is befitting of the rank of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria. The Induction program is facilitated by members of the Bar and the Bench. The Committee comprises of 4 members and headed by the Induction Coordinator.
