Following the postponement of the Annual General Meeting/Election, please be informed that the call for nomination for election into the BOSAN elective positions has been extended to Wednesday, April 27, 2022
The positions for nominations are:
- Secretary
- Assistant Secretar
- Treasurer
- Financial Secretary
The Nominated candidate must meet at the following requirements:
- A nominated candidate for any elective offices must have been nominated or proposed by a member and seconded by another member at least 30 days before the Annual General Meeting.
- Each of the Nominated Candidates and their Nominators and Seconders must be members who are fully paid up on their financial dues to the Body.
- Nominations have to be accompanied by a curriculum vitae and written agreement of the nominee that he/she is willing to serve, if elected.
The persons making the nominations must also provide the following information
- Candidate´s name
- Law Firm
- E-mail Address
- Postal Address
- Phone Number
- Nominator’s Name
All nominations must be submitted to the BOSAN Secretariat at the Nigerian Law School Victoria Island on or before Wednesday, April 27, 2022.
